ID card mandatory for all the contract work men. 2. All the required PPEs should be worn from the Gate itself, 3. Do not allow without PPEs and damaged PPEs.4. Reflective Jacket, safety Shoe and Helmet mandatory for surveyors.5. Reflective Jacket, Helmet, shoe is mandatory for Forklift Operator.6. All the loading and unloading team should wear Safety shoe, helmet is mandatory those who work in PPE zone.7. Helmet, safety belt, safety shoes are mandatory in Tarpalin activities.8. Wood stopper, helmet is mandatory for truck and Tanker.9. All the contact maintenance workers should wear reflective Jacket and safety helmet, safety shoe.10. Safety helmet, shoe, reflective Jacket is mandatory for JCB and Tractor driver.11. Area barication is important, those maintenance works planned or execution.12. Visitor pass applicable for those who inside the plant notmorethan 4 hrs.13. Do not give visitor pass to Service person, they should under go with induction training.14. Checklist is mandatory for hired vehicles, like hydra, diesel and hydrogen vehicle.15. Work permit verification to be done at gate for Service person or temporary contactor, need to check confirmation from safety team.16. Explanation to be obtain from those who not wearing PPEs. After confirmation by safety dept only shall allow the person 17. No smoking should be followed 18. Any scrap or rubbish vehicle out from gate, need to taken confirmation from safety department.19. Do not remove the road barrier, inform to safety department if any.20. After cross verification of Screening form and supporting document they only the contract person should allow inside.
